Bookings needs new staff

Whomever does bookings for your nurses to come and test us for life insurance policies needs to be fired. I believe her name is a Michelle Bester. How does is take more than 3 hours to track down 1 nurse? I have called this woman countless times to explain that my workplace shut down and that I need to nurse to come to my place to do the testing. She didn't even bother to ask for my address. She said she sent the nurse an email. Under the prevailing circumstances, which nurse has the time to check emails? How is it that I can get a hold of the nurse who was initially supposed to test me but Michelle is struggling so much to get a hold of whomever is supposed to test me now? To make matters worse, there is zero communication from Michelle.
