Beware of Discovery Vitality

I have CANCELLED my Vitality subscription in August 2016 already, NOT added it on as Discovery suggested. They have been deducting money from my account for the last five years for something that I cancelled, and I have been trying for the past few months to get the money back or to at least speak to someone that can clarify this, but to no avail. Every time I just receive an automated response that they will get back to me in five days. Five days later I will get a reply that serves no purpose, I will hen reply again and receive only a reply five days later.

Also, the two financial advisers that set me up with Discovery in the first place just disappeared and don't reply at all.

Hence Discovery owes me roughly the following: R290 x 58 months up to now which is roughly R16 820.00; less the amount you reimbursed back as Vitality integrator, which is R2570.74. So, you roughly owe me R14249.26.
