Being Mislead by one of Discovery's Brokers

I was diagnosed with Diabetes in May 2017. The broker told me that I can lodge a claim against my policy. I completed all the documents and on the 7th July I sent all the forms to him.

Since then I have asked close to 30 times for updates. He is avoiding my calls, emails and messages sent either via sms or WhatsApp. I have just called Discovery Life directly and they have no trace of any claim???

Now I want action from Discovery to sort this mess out and assign my policy to another broker. I do not want to deal with this broker any longer.
