Be careful of taking out life insurance with Discovery

Oh my goodness I cannot stand the service from Discovery. It is very disgusting.

I have to warn you. You will take out life insurance with them and think that you or your loved ones will have a peace of mind once you pass on or your loved ones pass on. My Fiance died in 2015 and every single year since I have had to fight with them to get proper service. They are supposed to pay each year my daughters school fees under their global education protector, but it has been a nightmare getting claims processed. I first claimed in 2015 and the first payment they made was in 2017, how ridiculous is that. Then the next two years being 2018 and 2019, I have to continuously call in for follow ups which I get a different story every time I call. I logged a claim second week of January 2019 and its their policy that it takes 10 - 15 working days for a claim to be processed I have been calling since then almost every week and I get told different stories. Last week I was told the payment was made, today I call and payment is only being authorised today not even being processed.

I cannot stand this company, even a rating of 1 to too much for them. And to think that I have to deal with them for the next +/- 11 years makes me want to throw up
