Bad service or No service from Discovery

Discovery is pathetic as they don't know their own products they are offering to clients.Harry Joffee is advertising a product wrt to covering your estate duty and executor fees when you pass away.Its called estate duty protector. 3 Consultants phoned me and don't know what I was talking about and everything put me through to someone else who never picked up the phone. Then the next consultant would phone and do the same. That is for sure not good for a company like Discovery.
