Bad service

Recently withdrew retirement fund from the scheme. I am so disappointed with the level of disrespect I received. During the process I took time to write an email and inquire how long the process will take. I was given feedback that it will take within 4-6 weeks after receiving all necessary documentation. I waited for the period and nothing, I again sent an email which was not answered for the whole day only received a response that they are waiting for their legal team. While waiting for the response I phoned the scheme and inquired what could be the problem causing the delay, and I was told they are waiting for the legal team. I explained to the operator that 7 weeks ago I submitted necessary documentation and I feel the “legal team” is waiting for nothing. How long does it take for a legal team to respond. They really have no regards for people. This is disappointing especially when they servicing such a reputable company. I am very disappointed
