Bad Service

Good day

I would just like to find out the progress of my application. I have had no feedback and it’s been more than 6 months since I spoke to a consultant. I have done all the tests and so forth. How much longer can this take ?

What makes this worse is that I am with Discovery bank,medical aid and funeral cover ?
