Bad service

What a bad service from Discovery life. I called this morning requesting a policy schedule from Discovery because the bank that’s holding my bond is requesting it but I’m being sent from pillar to post. Worse part the agents did a security check and I answered all the questions that they asked and yet they confirmed that I’m paying the life cover but still they sent me from pillar to post even after the confirmation. I’ll be changing my life cover policy soon if this is the service I’ll be getting every time I request help from Discovery
