Bad Service

Discovery takes a debit order after confirming on the 17/8/2017 that they will not take a debit order. They admit that this was a mistake. however they will not refund the client unless the client fills in forms and jumps through hoops because they cannot refund the client money taken in error without the clients input. So Discovery can take your money but wont give it back unless you beg for the money back
