BAD CUSTOMER CARE AND SERVICE

What a bunch of absolute *********** employees. I made to e exact 10 calls AT LAST when I got to a person he said he wil transfer me to the correct department. He disconnected me. HE HAD MY NMBER BECAUSE HE CALLED ME!!! then just ignored me after he disconnected my call. When I called 16h00Y "YOU'VE REACHED US OUT OF OFFICE HOURS"

Please employ people with people's skills and call back WHEN YOU DISCONECT THE CLIENT!!! REALLY!!!! DISCOVERY LIFE YOUR SERVICE SUCK
