BAD ASSISTANCE

<p>Last year I start taking out a policy and you decide I have problems I went threw a whole process of biopsie and and. at the end there was nothing it was virus. My fiance starting to feel sick and we decide lets take out a policy and go threw the process. The ladie say she cannot do it immediatly she do not have transport, than the blood test, i ask her what is happening, oh they said they cant get hold of the fiance but you don't come back to me. Now last week they dr decide to do a biopsy and we get the results Monday, and then eventualy you people come back now and say they want more information after a month!!!!!! Now her attitude is you will not get covered! So who are she to decide will not get coverd? who are she to decide this. There was only headaces and spasma. Now we are not coverd, because we thought Discovery will do the best for us. But mistaken. Even though the diagnose is bad there is still 5 years + maybe. and we are not coverd. THINK IS BAD ATTITUDE AND GIVEN DISCOVERY A BAD NAME! UNLUCKY FOR US PUTTING OUR TRUST IN DISCOVERY AGAIN!!!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
