This is the most frustrating insurance ever. I called to cancel my cover and was told I need to send a signed document. Which doesn’t make sense cos I never signed anything while signing up for the life cover.

After doing that they still didn’t cancel my contract. When I call them I am taken from pillar to post. Apparently there’s an agent who has to verify my voice and that agent was busy and never called me back. How possible is it that only one person can verify my voice!! After I sent a signed documents what’s up with a billion verification!!! This feels like a tactic to delay so they can debit my account.

This got me thinking that this isn’t the kind of insurance I want cos what more would they do to the beneficiaries in an unexpected case of death! Wow! Take this life cover at your own risk! I would rate a zero if zero rating was there.

Can the agent call me back I just wana cancel the damn life cover!!
