He needs to know how Discovery staff really treats clients!!!

So is Discovery Life waiting for me to have a stroke or worse then they will.pay me out? Is this how much you value your clients whom have been with you for years?
I cannot drive anymore, I started a take away business from home to help with our household expenses through these difficult times but now I have had to stop because it requires me cooking at the stove and an outside fire, not to mention using knives and choppers.
I cannotbe left alone in my home, I cannot shower without supervision!
It has cost us extra now to use school transport as I cannot drive.
I need to hire a helper to be with me every day, especially to help me with my cooking and to watch me. But I can't afford it now. Shouldn't Discovery worry about helping out their clients in serious situations like this?

I will not accept this decision! We pay every month for our life policy which isn't cheap. And we re**** on this payout for when any of us fall seriously ill.
I also have mycosos fungoides which they did pay out. And that was stage 1 with no injuries ,treatment or risks. And I was not working at that time as well.
So how did they pay that out???

Discovery is making excuses for not paying and they clearly DONOT care about each clients situation.

I will not rest until this is taken to the highest channel and reassessed!!!
Also, why does Discovery not speak to the client when gathering all the information in order to make the decision? The client (who is the one suffering from the illness) is the most important one to interview as well. This way, you would know exactly how it affects one's life!

But Discovery is waiting for me to hurt myself so badly, or have a stroke (which can paralyze me and then what is the point of the payout?

I am absolutely disappointed a d disgusted In the reasons they gave for rejecting my claim!!!
Discovery also said that if the seizures get worse, they will relook at the claim.
HOW MUCH MORE WORSE MUST MY SEIZURES GET?
Must I Injure myself so badly or die then we will get the payout? So Discovery has absolutely no care concern about one's life!!!

Epilepsy changes your entire life! Everything has to revolve around the attacks. My children are traumatized seeing me like that. Now I cannot drive and nobody is going to employ someone with epilepsy! I need my business up and running because my family is struggling financially!

I want this to go through the highest channel and be relooked at!
If Discovery doesn't care about its clients then you shouldn't advertise and bluff the public that Discovery is there to help when we need it the most! It's an absolute lie!!!

And I will post this on all my social platforms to inform the people about how much Discovery actually cares!!
They don't! All they care is that their monthly fees are paid!

I'm not letting this go. My seizures are at its worst its ever been. Don't assume to know what it's like having Epilepsy!!!!

I will await feeding regarding this matter as soon as possible!
