Arrogant and bad service

This is probably the worst service received from Discovery. Left my previous employer back in Mid February and as always allowed them 4-6 weeks to process payment for my provident fund. I've followed up on email regarding payment and was told on the 28th of March that I should wait for 5-7 days for finalization of payment. Followed up again as the those days have passed two weeks ago already!! Still no reply!! Last week Friday reported this on to their Facebook page and nobody seems to give me any answers!! What really got me even more upset is that a person who worked for my previous employer left after me and received their funds last month already!!! Too quick to get peoples money but very slow to pay people what rightfully belongs to them. To think I my main bank account is with them, I'm definitely moving to another bank after this whole mess!!
