Application way over due

I made an application to add my wife on my Life Insurance policy on 02.02.2016 and ever since that day I've been sent from pillar to post and I've now wasted a huge amount of time and money on airtime used while trying to get this resolved. <br> <br> All supporting documentation has been submitted as per the application process requirements. <br> <br> When I make contact to inquire about my application all I get is that my documents are sitting with the underwriters and that I will be notified once everything is sorted.<br> <br> I'm now sick and tired of this and I'm tempted to cancel my life insurance with them and taking my business elsewhere. Zinhle Mabena is not the only person responsible as I have dealt with so many consultants ever since this nightmare began. <br> <br> If this is not sorted by the end of the coming week I'm going to cancel my policy and move on to somewhere I will be treated like a valued client. <br> <br> This is truly depressing.<br>
