Appauling service

After being left without work because of covid19 I contacted Discovery to assist so I can use my policy in these tough times, no assistance, absolutely shocking service they simply don't care about the clients they respond after weeks and the communication is downright pathetic. I'v been paying my policy religiously and when approaching them for some sort of relief they were of no help, since my policy has lapsed and I lost all monthly contributions!! Stay away from discovery life they promise you the world just to get you to sign up once you signed up they don't care.
