Apparently system error won't add child to education policy

Called 17 January 2022 to add a child to the global education protection but was told a system error prevented adding the child. It was escalated to IT and no one has called me back to provide feedback as at today 25 January 2022.

I called on 19 January to follow up and the person undertook to make a note to be given feedback, still no update.

I emailed life complaints on 23 January and have not received any reply.

It's been a difficult experience to take the policy and it is equally difficult to amend the policy. The consultant that issued me the policy said she is not allowed to make amendments so I have no one to ask for help.
