After changing policy, they still ignored it

I have signed the changed policy on the 9th of March, which was acknowledged by Patience at Discovery, for the policy to be less than R185,00 as I wanted the vitality option off. Yet, as this was acknowledged and received, I still get e-mails and sms's from Discovery saying that this amount is behind! Discovery, you never fail to disappoint, and are utterly useless. Get your people to do their work, and stop sending e-mails when the mistake is actually at your side! Do not call me, as it seems that calling people is better than actually doing what you are suppose to!
