Additional vitality premium increase

Ive had a discovery life policy for about 6years now, with no financial advisor assigned to it. My monthly premium was an amount of R491. 74 which was deducted end of October however end of November an amount of R1101, 78 was deducted from my account which was unsuccessful with no notice or anything correspondence. According to my knowledge my premium increases once per annum. I than received an email stating I was in arrears. I called the call center on the 6th of November at 09:56 and spoke to at lady by the name of Percy who explained that the debit order was increased because my vitality was in arrears. Firstly I did not sign or agree for vitality, only after probing I was informed that vitality was added on my policy because my medical aid was canceled. First of all i did not sign for medical aid with discovery I was just an add member on my spouse medical aid who was the main member and a former staff member of discovery. After he resigned I was not informed about his vitality been transferred to me. I was not sent any correspondence except a renewal letter stating that vitality will increase to R329 and that my total installment for 2023 will be R820. 76. Bare in mind that I did not agree, accept or sign for vitality nor did I have any conversation with anyone about. I requested Percy to transfer to the vitality department so I could sort it out however the call was disconnected till this date I have not yet received a call back. The issue is still unresolved
