Abysmal service from Discovery Life Claims

It has been 32 days since I submitted a claim with the Life Claims division of Discovery for an Income Protector policy after undergoing surgery. I am yet to receive any form of payout, which as a medical professional I should’ve received from day one. This service is atrocious and despicable. It shows a blatant disregard for their clients mental and financial well being. The lack of communication and constant redirection of your queries is appalling. No responsibility or accountability is taken by any individual which makes the entire process beyond impossible.
