Absolutely useless company - impossible to cancel vitality

I am completely at my wits end with this disgusting company. I have been trying for weeks to cancel my vitality and they make it absolutely impossible.

All I want is to cancel useless vitality. And what do you need to do? They have to send you a new quote with the vitality removed. Firstly, the quote was never attached to the email sent to me. It took them 4 days to actually send me the updated quote after my second phone call to them. I have filled out the quote and submitted it (TWICE) and now I get this response!?

“Dear Sarah Lee De Jongh We have closed your query because we did not receive the necessary documents from you. If we receive the required documents, a new query will be opened.”

I want my vitality cancelled immediately this is absolute nonsense. I still feel I should be refunded for it last month as I requested this to be removed ages ago and their incompetence has caused further delay. Not to mention it is impossible to speak to an actual human being who doesn’t put the phone down on you when they realise you are cancelling your account.
