Absolute poor service from Discovery GEP - specifically Nozipho Ngwenya

My ex-husband passed in 2017, but his company provided him with a group global education fund. I have 2x daughters whom are covered under this policy. My husband has been transferred to Dubai due to closure of his company in SA. I got in touch with Discovery GEP in Feb 2019 to inform them that my youngest child on the policy will be immigrating to Dubai in 2020 and that they need to confirm the procedure on how the application for international are handled if at all different from the local application. I contacted the assigned claims consultant of our claims several times via email and phone, without any answers or feedback. We re-located in Dec 2019 to Dubai. I started the finalisation of the process in Feb 2020 as university only starts in Sept 2020. I sent all the relevant documentation to Discovery in March 2020, but with the universities closed I could not obtain the signature and stamp from the university (closed due to C19). I contacted Nozipho, our claims consultant, several times via email and phone (granted only skeleton staff was on duty), with no response from Discovery (***) or Nozipho. Once registration opened again in June I obtained all of the outstanding information and re-sent the documentation to *** (Nozipho). I left the process to be processed internally by Discovery and then started contacting Discovery again by 12 July. I have sent x12 emails, made about x25 international calls to Discovery, specifically to Nozipho. WIth every phonecall I am advised that she is not available and that she will contact me (well knowing that I have an international contact number). I have sent several mail again in the last week and have tried to get hold of her x2 to x3 times a day, with no response. The university is starting in less than two weeks and I have no answers from Discovery. The process started over 18months ago and still Discovery has yet confirmed approval. I have a High court settlement agreement that proves my ex-husband has to pay 50% of all school and university fees. Since 2017, I have had the worst experience to conduct this process every year for my x2 children. This year has just been the absolute most pathetic non-response from Discovery. I must I also mention that my entire portfolio lies with Discovery. Life insurance (huge amount of monies), retirement annuity... and till a few months ago my short term insurance and medical aid. When I left SA I re-instated my x2children, that stayed behind in SA, medical aid and short term insurance on their own names with Discovery (which I still pay for since they are students). And with being a astronomical client of Discovery I am unable to resolve this due to lack of interest in solving this application/ claim and just pure ignorance on the part of Nozipho. It is as if she and Discovery just do not even attempt to review and finalise this claim. If I could say, it is utterly pathetic of Discovery. And I recommended Discovery to the world. That will definitely change after this episode. Tried to call again today, and Nozipho is still to busy to talk to me. And there is no international number (011......) number listed for GEP and 086.... numbers have terrible reception internationallly.
