I am so discouraged and sad that I have worked for Discovery and to be treated like this. I wanted to actually continue pay for the funeral cover and life cover and I made recommendations when I was offboarding but no one has called me as yet. I also asked to withdraw my pension and provident fund. I have have called in twice and got assisted by a lady called Gugu, she has been great however no feedback, email or even an sms from the consultant who is dealing with my claim. She said on Monday that the money will reflect today but nothing, nothing from her or the money. I have asked that she sends me an email, nothing. Not that I surprised, that is Discovery for you. Very Unhappy.
