6 weeks since signed Discovery life, no feedback

On 30 October, I signed a discovery life application for a life insurance. It was only on 20 November that a nurse was sent to take my blood, which all went well and no concerns. Today, 12 December 2024, 6 weeks after I have signed the application, I still have not heard back from Discovery Life. I have done this as I would like to get Vitality that I can join the gym, but Discovery is taking their time with this application. It is extremely frustrating, as my boys want to gym with me, but Discovery does not assist me at all.
