5 months later no payout from stupid Discovery!!

Hi, I have a salary protection policy with Discovery. I was admitted in hospital on 02 September 2019 for about 2 weeks. Till today I am battling to get Discovery to pay out on my above mentioned policy. I always get sent to pillar to post with no joy or any assistance. I have visited their offices various times which costs me time and money with still no sort of hope that they will pay out. Bear in mind that I have various other policies with Discovery like medical insurance, household insurance, car insurance and life policies with them. I have been a loyal customer to the point where my entire immediate family is also using Discovery. Considering my experience, I am looking to move my portfolio along with my family to another company. PLEASE ASSIST!!
