4 years of Hell - This is what happens only in Story books!

<p>After previously posting a compalint about the treatment I got from them, I got a response which dragged out for months. Then I finally excpeted that the moneny I have been over charged for years due to them not having copies of emails their employee agreed with me, to sign a lower policy value. All this got singed send back, chased up the person who I spoke too on email, chased up the borker to look into this, and yet again several months has gone passed and I am still paying the origional value I signed in 2012, and still trying to close this done. I have been up and down the mangement tree of Discovery, from pillar to post and still can't get resolved. Next step is to purely taking them to the Ombudsman to resolve this, cause I might get an email after this to resiolve this, then it will take another year or so to close this down, and I will still be in the same position I am now.</p> <p> </p> <p>Great work Discovery!!!!</p>
