The is a funeral policy i took in 2018/08/01 policy number is ***. i noticed two months back that the premiums went up by almost R900. when i went to enquire they told me i added 6 new members in june 2022 which i did not. i dont even know who those individuals are . i suspect ***** has been done here and this has strained me financially and im not getting any help to resolve this. i need these people to be removed on my policy and my money refunded back! i have submitted an affidavid to one of your representative but still nothing has been done and they are still debiting my money even this month. i am not happy with discovery at all!!!
