25 Apr 2022, 09:46 Discovery huge disappointment My husband past away in November 21, he had a global Education and bond, which was part of his contributions after many attempts from the broker,

My child schooling has been paid neither payments to the bond.

And no Communication to me whatsoever.

Seems it easy to take but not pay, for a huge Company as Discovery this is truly unacceptable. How long should we wait and in the meantime I suffer not only emotionally but financially as well.

You are not making it easy on us,

I am not satisfied with the outcome of my review.

Let's take it a step back you are telling me I do not qualify for the bond Benefit as the Bond is 0.00,

My husband passed on in November 22, at that time there was a balance and the statements was sent as requested, your lack of competency and internal delay of staff not doing their work professionally, should have paid the benefit at the point of receiving the claim.

That would have saved me from having to pay it myself. So now 5 months later you decide that I don't qualify as the bond was settled by an external insurance company that actually did there job....

No one has phoned me with regards to the education or will that be declined as well.

You leave me no option as to refer this to the ombudsmen and media.

NO REPLY YET....... I Will not accept the outcome as it was your staff lack of competency to do their jobs done and on time....

If I don't get feedback by end of 06.05.22 I will escalate
