Zunaid Joseph - Outstanding Service

I needed a plumber to unblock my drain, I got in touch with Discovery emergency assist and was assisted by Zunaid Joseph. This was in the afternoon, he tried to get a plumber within my area or Joburg as whole but no one was available so ended up getting a plumber from Pretoria which is about 100km from my home. I am so grateful for his help and interest in ensuring that my problem is resolved timeously. Zunaid kept in contact, updating me, ensuring the plumbers had arrived, and proper feedback was given. I am truly grateful and impressed by the service I received. Zunaid is indeed an asset to the company and I do hope he is appreciated for it.
