Zero service or feedback from Discovery Insure.

On the 18th of December i sent in a claim for a monitor that was ******. I logged the claim via their app. I recieved nothing from them except the app gave me a claim number. 3 days later i checked the app and no progress had been made. I emailed them and received no response. I then called them and could not get hold of the person who is handling my claim. The reception kept me on hold on my mobile for over 20min without getting back to me. I hangup and called again. Finally i get told that i need to get a replacement quote. I called the same supplier and he informed me that the monitor no longer comes out in 2 ms only 5ms and thefore recommended the monitor to replace my monitor. I sent in the quotation with proof of ownership of my previous monitor. Nothing happened. The following day i emailed and nothing. Spent some time on the phone trying to get hold of the agent i was dealing with and nothing. After hanging up i got and email from him saying that Takealot has the same monitor on special for less that half the price. I explained to him that those are the 5ms monitors and that as a graphic designer and video editor i cannot use that monitor. After his request to explain the difference he approved my claim. 2 days went by and nothing. I emailed and nothing. So i called again and once again got hold of no one who can assist me. After sending and email to the complaints department i received an email from Daphne. I immediately rep**** and nothing. Tried to call her and sorry she is not at her desk. I called again and got hold of the original agent. He said that in order for my claim to be approved i need to sign a for of full and final settlement. He got the lady to send it immediately. I signed the form and sent it straight back only to receive a automated email saying that the receiver is not in office today despite the fact i had just received the email from her address. On the automated email the gave me a different email to sent it to so i did and nothing. I called and was told the person is no longer at their desk and that they will get them to call me. Nothing. The following day i called and got hold of the original agent again and he said that he received the form and has sent it for approval and payment. Still nothing. After many calls i get told they only have 2 skeleton staff in the payments department as the rest are on holiday. I ask to please put me through to one of them and get told they leave at 16:00 EVEN THOUGH THEY HAVE A HUGE BACKLOG. In the meantime i am telling my American client all this and explaining why i have not completed his job and he plainly told me that the story seems very far fetched. What do i need to do to get payment so that i can buy the new monitor?
