Zero service from Gontse Motean :-/
I need to lodge a 3rd party claim from Discovery after a client of their crashed into the back of my car. He gave me the contact details of Gontse Moteane (his claim handler), who has not bothered to respond to my queries about my claim. Ridiculous that this is Discovery's attitude towards non-clients, when I was not the one at fault and have been highly inconvenience by their client, who I'm sure, Discovery takes a premium from, for such instances.
Perhaps I need to claim the repair costs directly from their client, so they can explain to him why they haven't attended to my queries.

12 Aug 2021, 14:12Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since I was told to take my car for assessment. I have not received any feedback despite numerous calls. Nonhlanhla Sinthumule has not bothered to call back or respond to my email, which was sent more than a week back.
I feel this is pretty deliberate as I am not a Discovery client but merely lodging a 3rd party claim.
The way you treat non-clients who've been inconvenienced by your clients leaves a lot to be desired.
