Zero Excess = Zero Service

Discovery Insure emergency services received 5 stars for their services..... fantastic service. The call center claim "specialists" receives a negative 3, hence the 2 stars... It is amazing that an insurance company can lose your car... It was meant to be in Centurion and it lands up in Sandton. Thank you Tracker for your services. When I enquired whether the vehicle had been assessed, some agents said yes, some said no, some were not sure. It has taken three days for me to get to the bottom of the problem, after hours on my cell phone (I can tell you, Discovery wont reimburse me), there were duplicate claim numbers!!! So, what does Discovery do, they cancel the claim number that seems to be the furthest along and they start from scratch!! A whole four days wasted. Their response, "it is not a major train smash". It is like their medical aid, pay up and suffer. Now I want them to move it to a panel-beater recommended by my car manufacturer, let us see where the car lands up!!!! I think their zero excess rates equates to zero service.
