Zero Customer Feedback on Discovery Drive Issue for 5 Months.
My Discovery Drive has not been working since May this year. I have contacted them numerous times on whatsapp and received references telling me they are fixing it but nothing is happening. I've been loosing my Rewards for x5 months now. Today I phoned and waited on the phone for more than 32mins supposedly for the technicians to speak to me. Eventually I put then phone down. Reference: IPLS-19957.
