I'm disgusted with your service, firstly I was sold vehicle insurance with the false hopes there is no access fee on the package i took and boom accident happened then guess what The story changed, I still continued with you bit now my premiums have increased and no one has bothered communcating with me . I dont have the extra amount you took, please call me back urgently as I am already searching for new insurances, your premiums are way too expensive for me

In determining a premium many factors come to play which ultimately yields to one aspect; your risk profile. It is also important to note, that premiums can increase as time goes on because in the event of an accident, the cost of repair increases regardless of the age of the car. For example, It doesn’t cost any less to replace the bumper on a one-year-old vehicle than it does on the equivalent brand new one. Parts, labor and paint will all increase over time, irrespective of the age of the vehicle. A premium review and at times an increase, helps to keep claims and premium contributions fair between all Discovery Insure clients. We would always like to assist our clients with a premium review and possible reduction. However, this may not always be possible.
Looking at your claims record we noted a significant Loss ratio at 81.1% with an ICS score of 3.
We are unable to offer you a different outcome.
