Logged claim more than a month ago. Claim was not paid as the say I did not have canopy cover. But before I changed over to Discovery Insurance I told them they must give me the same cover as my previous insurance and they agreed and I had over on my previous insurance. Send them the proof of it and they confirm the person made the error on there side. They will fix it, it is now more that a month ago. Still await there feedback. I must every time call them, they do not call me. I must tie up the Canopy with rope so that it stay on the bakkie. It leaking in by the canopy and my people get wet when it rains. Every time they making excuses. This is the worse service I got from any insurance. I going to the ombudsman as well.
