Car and Home Insurance Online QUOTE NOT WORKING, - Get a car insurance quote in 60 seconds but an error occurs and has been occurring for the last week: "Your vehicle details could not be found. You can contact us on ***to get a quote from an accredited agent." - If my vehicle details cannot be found then you should review the manner in which your system fetches the details for the source system. - BF63NJGP. The VIN is not found either. Really?

We are aware of the login issues some of our app users have been experiencing on both Android and iOS devices.
If you are an Android user and have not been able to log in, please update to the latest version of the app that was released ( 7.1.11) .
For iOS users with log in issues, please go to Settings>> Safari and ensure that ensure that "Block All Cookies" is disabled.Then restart your device.
If you are still having issues, we would really appreciate you emailing us the make and model of your phone, your Android or iOS version, the Discovery app version that you are on and a description of the issue experienced to:
