Your ridiculour app does not work properly

Why are points deducted from my Discovery Insure app when I am driving and my cell phone rings. I DO NOT ANSWER MY PHONE. But your app deducts 12 or 8 points for PHONE USAGE. I cannot help it if someone calls me and my phone rings. I repeat, I do not answer my phone. I cannot switch off my phone to avoid the phone ringing, I repeat, I do not answer the phone, because if I switch off my phone the Insure app will not work. Why can your app not distingquish between the phone ringing and my actually speaking on the phone. This is really silly. Please fix it because I am losing points when through the fault of your app and not my own fault.
