<p>As I live overseas, I sent Discovery an email, STATING THAT I LIVE ABROAD and that I want to cancel my policy, and that I CANNOT BE REACHED VIA PHONE ONLY EMAIL.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then receive an email back saying that they TRIED TO PHONE ME but they were not sucessful, I should phone them back.</p> <p> </p> <p>I then sent an email saying that I CANNOT BE REACHED VIA TELEPHONE. I received an email back stating that is has been escalated to the cancellations department and that I will be contacted. Nothing up to now. </p> <p> </p> <p>Initial email was 6 September, no help, no nothing.</p>
