Young Driver Rewards take 3 months to be paid out

I've tried having my young driver rewards for the 6 month period from 1 July 2014 to 31 December 2014 put onto the Rewards Card Discovery sent me in the post, but I'm having no luck.<br> <br> I've called the call centre 5 times since January and no one seems to know what's going on. My Young Driver Reward SMSd to me is R954.51.<br> <br> Please can you assist in having this amount paid to me asap? Right now it seems more of a punishment than a reward.
