<p>Called the call centre, this afternoon with regards to reinstating my policy when I very soft polite lady answered the call, her name is happiness simelane, explained to her the situation I was in, and withing no time it was resolved, and guess what, the system kicked out a higher premium that I was paying, she went a step further and I will be paying what I was initially paying, big ups to this lady the best in the business and made my day. </p>
