You don't get what you pay for

You definately do not get what you pay for. I took on vitality drive product despite my reservations that I have tried this product the year before and it never worked due to Discovery's ongoing IT issues, but the consultant insisted that my profile is good for this product so I took on the vitality drive product. For the month of April 2019, it worked and I received R373 cash back without incident. But for the months of May 2019, I received nothing and despite many calls to the service centre and many minutes being put on hold, no one could assist with this IT error. So I cancelled it.

You definately do not get what you pay for. Appalling service and a total waste of my money and time.

I will be seeking quotes so I can get rid of Discovery Insure completely.
