You are not a lender! But an insurer!

My vehicle insurance account has been shared with experian as a lending account. Now my vehicle insurance is reflecting a monthly balance and affects my credit score. Well the less than helpful call centre agent, Thato, could not tell me why my account has been added nor how to remove it. He did not wish to call his acting manager, Tshepo, who was to busy in a meeting to assist a paying client. This company and the way they do business is super super shady.
