Once again Discovery show how much you don't want to settle our claim. After being sent to the police station to get the statement that wasn't asked for at first (and no reason why Discovery couldn't get this document themselves) now you once again change your requirements to state that this document needs to be stamped. At NO stage was this requested until now. ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. Settle this claim. Your service is beyond shocking. We've gone through enough hoops for you. About time you do what you get paid to do.....service your customers
