Years of being claim free on comprehensive

I contacted insurance maintenance asking them to review my policy, as I had previously only had 1 year of being claim free with comprehensive insurance and this needs to be amended to 2 years (as they had previously told me this can be done once I hit my 2 year mark).<br> <br> My first time taking out comprehensive insurance was 30 March 2014, which means that it is now 2 years and I have not claimed. In the 2 years I have moved to 1st For Woman, as Discovery was increasing my premium by R300 for absolutely no reason, I then moved back to Discovery when I changed cars. So now Discovery is saying that since I did not stay with Discovery it can only be reviewed end May 2016. The comprehensive insurance period was never interrupted as I always had insurance, be it with Discovery or FFW.<br> <br> Nowhere does it say that you have to remain with Discovery - All that they ask is \How many years have you had uninterrupted claim free comprehensive insurance\" - they do not specify that this had to be with Discovery.<br> <br> This being said, I would like someone to review my policy and advise what my new premium will be, and to stop sending me those generic replies, and actually read the question properly!"
