wrong priving

I was phoned by discovery about a better insurance for my car and home contents. I listened and at the end consented to take the new insurance because it just seemed better. I took the insurance and paid everything I was told only to find out that the reason I joined is not applicable to me because I don't have a compatible phone to their app and the only way to enjoy the benefits promised is to install something else. That would have been fine but I must pay pay more for my insurance the reason I left my previous insurer. <br> Does that make sense. If discovery can't compromise then I want the money to start the insurance back and I find another insurer.
