Wrong information supp****
Just joined Discovery and had to install the DQ trackers on my vehicles, when I joined Discovery I asked the consultant on numerous occasions if I can do this at any TWT branch which he confirmed. Guess what?? Got to my closed TWT and they could not install the tracker on all vehicles. I phoned Discovery only to be told by the consultant that the guy who sold me my policy gave me the wrong information??? What the hell???? What a way to start off a new policy, wonder what is going to happen when a have a claim???? Does the left hand not know what the right hand is doing???? And guess what now I am told that if I don't get this installed me vehicle is not insured, so it is my problem now!!
