Wrong amounts paid out than what was communicated!!

Again Discovery Insure finds so many ways to pay you less and when they have the recording on the phone of an amount they are going to pay, they still pay you less than that agreed amount. With that they sent a letter to sign... we signed and sent it back, just to go 2 days after that and say no forms were signed... then again we signed and sent it again... with the proof of attached signed on the first request... just to be asked a 3rd time to sign the papers...

What make me unhappy is that R26 899 was communicated to me and at another stage this amount was communicated to my Broker as well... and i want this recording!! Later only R25 899 was paid out!!
