Written off car update

Bad services from discovery insurance Mpho Mamaregane who Is a senior person, has 0 leadership skills and poor customer service. I'm so disappointed I'm about to loose my job as my car is written off. No communication from this guy, he answers email after 3 to 5 days, Mpho u ruined Discovery reputation. You need to respect and sympathize with your clients. Accident occurred 1st of April car assessment was done then no communication after that, l have to keep sending emails and phone calls daily. Mpho u such a disgrace. Discovery is a well respected company you are ruining the company as a whole.
