Writing off my car without contacting me

When I ask him to go out he call insurence without my permission as he take number on car. Finally discovery allows him to tow car and drop me home. He call tracker because he say guy for track will drop me home. When we arrived at auction nations pinetown tracker guy leave me there. I ask him to take me home as his colleagues agree to the insurance he will drop me home. He refused. Then I take my car keys to security I drive my car without mirrors and broken bump. Until I reach home. Soon I reach home I call insurance to inform then about situation. On the following day which is 16-03-2017 discovery send farm boy towing to tow my car from the house . I didn't hear anything from discovery for the whole week. When I call they told me Grayson from discovery deal with the claim. Grayson send me email for writing off my car without any discussion.
