Writes off Car, does not provide Courtesy car

Hi <br> <br> I recently made a claim with Discovery Insure ,no. ***. They wrote my vehicle off as uneconomical to repair.and offered to pay out only 30k and come to uplift the vehicle.Now they want to settle the claim and pay me out the 30k take my car which im still using anyway to drive around and not ive me something to use in the meantime.i need to run around look for a vehicle with only 30k (my car was paid up by the way) and they wont even give me anything to use for all those errands.it is unacceptable considering ive been loyally paying hefty premiums on a monthly basis to get no assistance in the end
